Pursuant to:

The Law on Organization of the Government dated 30 September 1992;

The Law on Land dated 14 July 1993;

On the proposals of the Minister for Agriculture and food Industry, Minister for forestry, Minister for Aquaculture and Head of the General Department of Land Administration.

Decrees:
Article 1

This Decree is issued with the Regulations on the Allocation of Land to Households and Individuals for Stable and Long Term use for the Purpose of Agricultural Production.

Article 2

Ministers, heads of the bodies at ministerial level, heads of government bodies, and chairmen of the people's committee of provinces and cities under the central authority shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decree.

Article 3
This Decree shall come into effect on 15 October 1993.

All previous provisions inconsistent with this Decree are hereby repealed.
