The Organization Committee of the 29th Olympic Games recently filed an application with the General Administration of Customs for the archival filing of the slogan and mascots of the 29th Olympic Games and has obtained an approval therefrom. Hereby the archival filing information is announced as follows:

The right holder:
The Organization Committee of the 29th Olympic Games

The name of rights:
1. Slogan of the 29th Olympic Games (see Annex 1)
2. Mascots of the 29th Olympic Games (see Annex 2)

Without permission of the right holder, anyone who illegally imports or exports any goods infringing on the exclusive right of the aforesaid Olympic marks shall be subject to investigation and punishment by the customs in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Olympic Marks and other relevant laws and regulations.
