In accordance with Article 6 of the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Institutions Providing Copyright Agency Services to Foreign Parties" (hereinafter referred to the "Measures") formulated by the National Copyright Administration and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, whoever applies to establish an institution providing copyright agency services to foreign parties shall provide the following documents to the approval organ: a written application report, the approval document of the competent department at the next higher level, the articles of association, the scope of business, a name list of the agency staff and their resumes, a proof of domicile.
As the application documents submitted by your Company are found, upon examination, not to meet the requirements for approval, and therefore are returned in accordance with Article 5 of the "Measures".
