	DECISION ON REPEALING AND AMENDING SOME RULES AND REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

	(Order of the State Environmental Protection Administration (No. 33), June 5, 2006: The Decision on Repealing and Amending Some Rules and Regulatory Documents (Order No. 33), which was deliberated and adopted at the fifth executive meeting of 2006 of the State Environmental Protection Administration, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.)

According to Articles 17 and 20 of the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, we decide to repeal or amend the Measures for the Administration of Environmental Engineering Design Certificates and other 8 rules and regulatory documents:

I. RULES AND REGULATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE REPEALED

1. Measures for the Administration of Environmental Engineering Design Certificates (Promulgated by Order No.15 of the State Environmental Protection Administration on February 6, 1995 and amended by Order No.6 of the State Environmental Protection Administration on July 12, 1999)

2. Measures for the Certification Administration of Organic Foods (Promulgated by Order No. 10 of the State Environmental Protection Administration on June 19, 2001)

3. Reply on Approving the Establishment of National Environmental Quality Management and Examination Committee for the Beverages Enterprises (Promulgated by Order No.714 [1996] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on August 30, 1996)

4. Notice on Promulgating the Interim Provisions on the Administration of the Archival Filing of Consultancy Institutions for China Environmental Management System (Promulgated by Order No.12 [1998] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on April 8, 1998)

5. Notice on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Administration of the Qualification Approval of Environmental Protection Product Inspection Institutions (Promulgated by Order No.89 [1999] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on April 6, 1999)

6. Notice on Implementing the Relevant Matters about the Technical Policies for Preventing the Pollution Emitted by Motor Vehicles (Promulgated by Order No.166 [1999] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on July 23, 1999)

7. Notice on Carrying out the Pilot Work Regarding C1eaner Production Audit Institutions (Promulgated by Order No.154 [2001] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on September 21, 2001)

8. Notice on Carrying out the Pilot Work Regarding the Qualifications of Serving Indoor Environment Testing Institutions (Promulgated by Order No.120 [2001] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on October 19, 2001)

II. THE REGULATORY DOCUMENT TO BE AMENDED

Notice on Carrying out the Work regarding the Standardized Renovation of Discharge Outlets (Promulgated by Order No.24 [1999] of the State Environmental Protection Administration on January 23, 1999)

Article 7 therein shall be deleted.
