	DECISION OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION OF RADIO, FILM AND TELEVISION ON ABOLISHING SOME REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

	(Order of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (No. 48), February 25, 2005: The Decision on Abolishing Some Regulatory Documents, which were adopted at the executive meeting of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of March 25, 2005.)

In order to implement the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China and promote the lawful administration of the radio, film and television businesses, and according to the relevant provisions of Ordinance on Procedures for Making Regulations, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has decided to abolish the following 45 regulatory documents on radio, film and television:
