	DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION ON ABOLISHING THE PROVISIONS ON THE REPAIR OF URBAN HOUSES AND OTHER ORDERS OF THE MINISTRY

	(Order of the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China (No.127), July 2, 2004: The Decision of the Ministry of Construction on Abolishing the Provisions on the Repair of Urban Houses and Other Orders of the Ministry, which was deliberated and adopted at the 37th executive meeting of the Ministry of Construction on June 29, 2004, is hereby promulgated, and shall take into effect as of the date of promulgation.)

Upon the deliberation of the 37th executive meeting of the Ministry of Construction on June 29, 2004, this Ministry decides to abolish the following orders of this Ministry. The decision is hereby promulgated and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation:

1. Provisions on the Repair of Urban Houses (Order No.11 of the Ministry of Construction, promulgated on July 8th, 1991)

2. Provisions on the Administration of the Qualification of Urban Water Supply Enterprises (Order No.26 of the Ministry of Construction, promulgated on February 4th, 1993)

3. Provisions on the Decoration and Fitment of Buildings (Order No.46 of the Ministry of Construction, promulgated on August 7th, 1995)

4. Measures for the Administration of Cleaning out of Urban Vehicles (Order No.47 of the Ministry of Construction, promulgated on August 7th, 1995)

5. Provisions on the Administration of Qualification of Urban Gas and Centralized Heat Supply Enterprises (Order No.51 of the Ministry of Construction, promulgated on July 1st, 1996) and

6. Measures for the Administration of Practicing Qualification of Construction Handicraftsmen in Villages and Small Towns (Order No.54 of the Ministry of Construction, promulgated on July 17, 1996).
