Upon research, we hereby amend the "Measures for Consulting the Files of Enterprise Registration".

Paragraph 1 of Article 7 is amended as: "The public security organs, procuratorial organs, judicial organs, state security organs, disciplinary inspection organs, supervision organs and auditing organs at all levels may, upon the strength of relevant official letters and showing the consulters' effective certificates, consult the written files of the administrative organs for industry and commerce at all levels. When a law firm represents its clients in litigation, the consulters may, by showing proof of the court on establishing the case and the lawyer certificates, consult the written files. "

Paragraph 1 of Article 10 is amended as: "For consulting or photocopying the files of enterprise registration, the consulter shall pay the consultation fees and photocopying fees. The public security organs, procuratorial organs, judicial organs, state security organs, disciplinary inspection organs, supervision organs and auditing organs need pay no fee for the consultation of files. "
