In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on the Adoption of New Registration Form for Foreign-Invested Enterprises (Gong-Shang-Wai-Qi-Zi (2003) No.79), the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has decided that the new registration form for foreign-invested enterprises will be used as of July 2003. The foreign-invested enterprise directly registered to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce can either download the related forms in the website of China Foreign Investment Registration (http://wzj.saic.gov.cn) or obtain the form in the service window of foreign investment registration in the registration hall of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. From Aug. 1st, the State Bureau will no long accept the old registration form.

In the meanwhile, the foreign-invested enterprises registered to the authorized industrial and commercial bureaus of all levels can contact the foreign investment registration administration department of the local bureaus for the new registration form.
