	DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF STATE LAND AND RESOURCES ON REPEALING SOME OF THE MINISTERIAL RULES

	(Order No.28 of the Ministry of State Landand Resources, April 6, 2005: The Decision of the Ministry of State Landand Resources on Repealing Some of the Ministerial Rules Thereof, which was adopted at the 2nd ministers' executive meeting of the Ministry ofState Land and Resources on March 3, 2005, is hereby promulgated.)

In order to implement the Administrative License Law and in view of promoting the reform of the administrative approval system, this Ministry has straightened out those ministerial regulations as promulgated by the former Administration of State Land, the former Ministry of Geology and Minerals and the Ministry of State Land and Resources before January 1, 2004 in an overall manner according to the requirements of the Implementation Outlines of the State Council for Pushing Forward Administration by Law in a All-Round Way on the system of straightening out regulations and regulatory documents on a periodical base. The ministerial rules as listed in the Category of Ministerial Regulations That Are Decided to be Repealed by the Ministry of State Land and Resources shall be abolished upon the deliberation of the 2nd ministers' executive meeting of the Ministry of State Land and Resources in 2005.
