At the 10th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, it is decided that the Agreement on Consulates Between the People's Republic of China and New Zealand, as signed by Li Zhaoxing, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in Auckland on October 26 2003 on behalf of the People's Republic of China, is hereby ratified.
