The 22nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress decided that: The Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the United States of Mexico on Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters as concluded by Zhou Wenzhong, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China, on January 24, 2005 in the city of Mexico is hereby approved.
