It is decided at the twenty fourth session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress that the Agreement between the People's Republic of China and Turkmenistan on Cooperation in Combating Terrorism, Splittism and Extremism as signed by Mr. Dai Bingguo, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China on April 3, 2006 is hereby ratified.
