It was decided at the 21st Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress to approve the Treaty on Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Kingdom of Spain, which was signed by Zhang Yesui, deputy minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Madrid on November 14, 2005.
