The 2nd Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress has decided that approval is hereby granted to the Convention between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan on Combating Terrorism, Separatism and Extremism signed by Tang Jiaxuan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on December 23, 2002.
