A decision is made at the 10th Session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress that the Protocol on Amending the Shanghai Convention on Combating Terrorism, Separatism and Extremism signed in Shanghai (the People's Republic of China) on June 15, 2001, Protocol on Amending the Charter for Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed in St. Petersburg (the Republic of Russia) on June 7, 2002 and Protocol on Amending the Agreement of the Member States of Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Regional Anti-terrorism Institutions in St. Petersburg (the Republic of Russia) on June 7, 2002, as signed by Li Zhaoxing, minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Tashkent on September 5, 2003, are hereby ratified.
