The 2nd Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress has decided that approval is hereby granted to the Treaty of Good-Neighborhood and Friendly Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan signed by Jiang Zemin, the President of China, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on December 23, 2002.
