At the 10th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, it is decided that the Agreement between the People's Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the Delimitation of the Territorial Sea, the Exclusive Economic Zone and the Continental Shelf of the Beibu Bay as signed by Tang Jiaxuan, Minister of Foreign Affairs in Beijing on December 25, 2000 on behalf of the People's Republic of China is hereby ratified.
