At the 13th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, it is decided to ratify the Agreement Between the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Cooperation in Combating Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics, Psychotropic Drugs and Their Precursors, which was signed by President Hu Jintao on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Tashkent on June 17, 2004.
