At the 15th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, it is decided to ratify the Supplementary Agreement on the Eastern Section of the China-Russia Boundary Line between the People's Republic of China and Russian Federation signed by Li Zhaoxing, Minster of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on October 14, 2004.
