Your Request for Instruction on Issues concerning the Jurisdiction of Litigation of Civil Dispute Cases of Breach or Infringement by Bankrupt Liquidation Groups in their Performance of Duties (No.383 [2003] of Hubei Higher People's Court) has been received. We hereby give the following reply upon deliberation:

Where, after an enterprise has been adjudicated bankrupt, a civil litigation, which results from the breach of contract to of infringement on others by liquidation groups due to their performance of liquidation duties, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court accepting the bankruptcy case, and shall be handled in the bankruptcy procedures together.
