An enterprise engaging in production and business operations in different areas shall comply with the minimum wage standard of the place of production and business operation. In respect of payment of wages, an enterprise shall comply with the pertinent provisions of the state, and relevant provisions formulated by the local government of the place of the enterprise's production and business operations in accordance with the law.
