Under the pertinent provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decides to adjust the rate of antidumping tariff on the polyester chips imported from Hyosung Inc. of South Korea in light of the Request of the Ministry of Commerce for Instructions on the Midterm Review Ruling on the Anti-dumping Measures, Dumping and Dumping Margin (No. 147 [2005] of the Ministry of Commerce). You are hereby notified of the following matters:

1.As of April 26, 2005, the antidumping tariff rate for the imported polyester chips originally produced by Hyosung Inc. of South Korea shall be adjusted to 26%.

2.The objects of antidumping tariff and the methods for the computation of the anti-dumping tariff and import link value-added tax shall still comply with Articles 1 and 3 of the Decision of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council about Imposing Antidumping Tariff on the Imported Polyester Chips Originally Produced in South Korea (No. 2 [2003] of the Customs Tariff Commission).

3.The Ministry of Commerce shall promulgate this Decision and the General Administration of Customs shall notify the customs offices at all places to implement it.
