Regarding "Request for Instruction on the Issue concerning the Tax Exemption for Australian Trade Commission Beijing Representative Office and other 16 Representative Offices Established by Foreign Governments, Non-Profit Institutions and Non-Governmental Organizations" (No. 334 [2001] Issued by Beijing Municipal State Taxation Bureau) has been received. In accordance with the relevant provisions in the "Notice of the State Taxation Administration on the Relevant Issues concerning the Strengthening of Administration of Tax Collection from Permanent Representative Offices of Foreign Enterprises" (No. 165 [1996] Issued by the State Taxation Administration), and upon examination, we hereby approve the tax exemption from Australian Trade Commission Beijing Representative Office and other 16 foreign representative offices as follows:
