We hereby make an announcement on the daily liquidity reports filled in and filed by the primary dealers of open market business after the People's Bank of China implemented the daily liquidity reporting system among the primary dealers of open market business on March 5th, 2003 as follows:

All primary dealers of open market business shall earnestly fill in the relevant items according to the requirements of the announcement of open market business (No.4 2003), namely the Notice on Filing Daily Reports on Liquidity by the Primary Dealers through Open Market Business Transaction System, so as to file the daily reports on liquidity in a timely manner. Where any dealer fails to fill in the relevant items according to the relevant provisions or has made any significant mistake, it shall be deemed to have failed reporting for one time. According to the provisions in the announcement of open market business (No.3 2003), namely the Notice on Establishing Daily Liquidity Reporting System for the Primary Dealers of Open Market Business, where any primary dealer of open market business fails to make daily report on liquidity in a timely manner for accumulated five times within one year, it shall be disqualified as a primary dealer of open market business.
