Pursuant to the requirements of adjudicative work and upon the approval of the General Office of the Central Organization & Staffing Committee, the Third Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court shall be officially addressed as "Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People's Court". The people's courts at various local levels that have set up an intellectual property adjudicative organ shall take it as reference.
