	DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE ON ABOLISHING REGULATIONS AND REGULATORY DOCUMENTS ON AGRICULTURAL ADMINISTRATION (2004)

	(Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China (No.37), July 1, 2004: The Decision on Abolishing Regulations and Regulatory Documents on Agriculture Administrative License, which was deliberated and adopted at the 23rd executive meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture on June 25, 2004, is hereby promulgated; some shall come into force as early as of July 1, 2004 )

According to the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, we decide to repeal the following regulations and regulatory documents on agricultural administration:

1. Provisional Measures for Silkworm Eggs Management (Promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture on November 20, 1997)
2. Measures for the Technical Examination on Workers of Agricultural Machinery Maintenance (Promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture on September 2, 1994, revised according to Order No. 39 of the Ministry of Agriculture in 1997)
3. Provisional Measures of the Ministry of Agriculture for the Management of Agricultural Machinery Equipments (Promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture on April 3rd, 1990, revised according to Order No. 39 of the Ministry of Agriculture in 1997)
4. Provisions on the Administration of Supervision over and Inspection on Fishery Ships (Order No. 2 of the Ministry of Agriculture in 1996)
5. Notice on Further Strengthening the Administration on International Marketing Fresh Fishery Ships (No.19 [1995] of the Ministry of Agriculture)

Items 1 through 12 of this Decision shall be repealed as of the date of July 1, 2004, and items 13 through 20 shall be repealed as of the date of implementation of the Regulation on Veterinary Drug Administration on November 1, 2004.
