The President of the Republic, Whereas the Constitution,

Whereas Decree-Law No. 73 of 9/9/83, concerning possession and trade of goods, commodities and products, and notably its article 51,

Whereas the recommendation of the joint parliamentary commissions, during their meeting held on Thursday 27/9/1990,

Whereas the minutes of the meeting of the special Commission mentioned in article 15 of Decree No. 73 of9/9/83,dated 11 December 1990,
On the proposal of the Minister of Economy and Commerce,

Following consultation with the State Council (Decision No. 66 of30/3/1992),

And after approval of the Council of Ministers during its meeting held on 11/3/1992, Decrees the following:

Article 1
Shall not be considered luxury articles:
- Foodstuffs for human or animal consumption, whatever their names, kinds or categories.
- Cleaning products and detergents.

Article 2
The clause of exclusive commercial representation shall not be operative against third parties for products which are not considered luxury articles according to the provision of article 1 above.

Article 3
The present decree shall be published and notified wherever there shall be need.
