In accordance with the Provisional Measures of Administration on Import of Mechanical and Eectrical Products (Decree No. 1 of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 1999), Quota Products List and Specific Products List of Mechanical and Electrical Products are now printed and distributed to you, which shall go into effect on March 1, 1999. At the same time, the Circular of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on Printing and Distributing Quota Products List and Specific Products List of Mechanical and Electrical Products in 1998 (Guojingmaoji [1998] No. 3) shall be annulled.
