The List of Goods Prohibited from Export (the Forth Batch) is hereby promulgated in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods is hereby promulgated. This announcement shall come into force as May 1, 2006.
