In order to facilitate the operations of the administration of export of mechanical and electronic products, and to further define the codes and administration methods of some mechanical and electronic products, the adjustments are hereby made as follows:

I. The products with the following codes shall be subject to the automatic import license issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC)

This Circular shall be implemented as of the day of distribution.
