	CATALOG OF SOME ABROGATED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES ON QUALITY AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISION (2003)

	(Notice Of The General Administration Of Quality Supervision, Inspection And Quarantine Concerning The Abrogation Of Some Administrative Rules On Quality And Technical Supervision (No.38[2003] of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) February 21, 2003: In order to adapt to the new situation of the development of China's market economy as well as China's entry into the WTO, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has cleared up the administrative rules on quality and technical supervision in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Legislation. After discussion at the executive meeting of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, decision has been made to abrogate ten administrative rules, whose relevant contents of administration have been replaced by the new administrative rules. The Catalog of Some Abrogated Administrative Rules on Quality and Technical Supervision is hereby printed and distributed)
