In accordance with Articles 206 and 200 of the "Criminal Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China" and Article 50 of the ¡°Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China¡±, from now on, any death sentence review case, for which a new judgment of death sentence to the defendant is rendered pursuant to judicial supervision procedure, and for which the death sentence should be executed due to the defendant's intentional crime within the probation period for death sentence with suspension of execution, shall be submitted to the Supreme People's Court for approval.
