	CIRCULAR OF CHINA INSURANCE REGULATORY COMMISSION ON ABOLISHING SOME REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

In order to meet the requirements of the development of the insurance market, intensify the administration according to law, this Commission has straightened out the rules and regulations and regulatory documents as promulgated from the foundation of this Commission to 2003 and has decided to abolish a batch of regulatory documents. We hereby notify the regulatory documents as follows for abolishment:
