As the epidemic situation of atypical pneumonia has greatly impacted the air transport, the rate of occupied seats in the flight has decreased. Upon negotiation with and consent by the State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, we have decided to adjust, during the period from May 1 to June 30, 2003, the airport passenger service fee of domestic airline companies from charging 65% of the number of seats on the airplane which departs from the starting airport to 40%. The existing fee rates and other relevant provisions shall still be implemented. In case of any question in the implementation, please report to the Department of Planning, Development and Accounting under CAAC in time.
