When handling of the standardization registration of No. 2 China Aviation Industry Corp., the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) has found that among the wholly owned enterprises affiliated to the core enterprises of that corporation, some enterprises use the character of "China" in their names, and such names have not been ratified by SAIC. According to Article 7 of the Provisions on the Administration of Enterprise Name Registration, any enterprise name bearing the word "China" shall be subject to the ratification by SAIC. The ratifying of enterprise names by your administrations or by your subordinate administrations for industry and commerce beyond the authority are invalid administrative acts, and shall not be protected by the law. Your administrations shall immediately correct the enterprise names ratified beyond the authority or order your subordinate administrations for industry and commerce to do so, and shall report the correction information to the Enterprise Registration Administration under SAIC.
