	(Order of Ministry of Communications (No. 8 [2004]), July 15, 2004: The Decision on Abolishing 8 Sets of Transport Rules and Regulations was adopted at the 15th executive meeting of the Ministry of Communications on June 18, 2004. It is hereby promulgated and the abolished 8 sets of transport rules and regulations shall be invalidated as of the date of promulgation.)
