It is decided at the 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China that: the Treaty on Criminal Judicial Assistance between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Portugal as signed by Mr. Zhang Yesui, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China, on December 9, 2005 in Lisbon is hereby ratified.
