It has been decided at the 30th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress to approve the Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Peru on Extradition signed by Zhou Wenzhong, the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on November 15, 2001.
