The Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress decided at its 13th Session to ratify the Agreement Between the People's Republic of China and the United Arab Emirates on Judicial Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters, which was signed by Zhang Fusen, Minister of the Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on April 21, 2004.
