The 22nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress decided: The Treaty between the People's Republic of China and Spain on Transferring the Convicted Persons for Jurisdiction, which was concluded by Zhang Yeshui, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China, on November 14, 2005 in Madrid is hereby approved.
