It is decided at the twenty fourth session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress that the Treaty of Good Neighborhood and Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as signed by President Hu Jintao on behalf of the People's Republic of China on June 19, 2006 is hereby ratified.
