It is decided at the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China that: the Treaty on Criminal Judicial Assistance between the People's Republic of China and Australia as concluded by Mr. Li Zhaoxing, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China, on April 3, 2006 in the city of Canberra is hereby ratified.
