It is decided at the twenty fourth session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress that the Extradition Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Azerbaijan as signed by Mr. Dai Bingguo, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China on March 17, 2005 is hereby ratified.
