The contents of the Circular on Urging the Labor Administration of Foreign-Funded Enterprises and Private Enterprises to Earnestly Guarantee the Legitimate Rights and Interests of the Employees (No.118 [1994] of the Ministry of Labor) promulgated by the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Public Security, and the All-China Federation of Trade Union on March 4, 1994, have been replaced by the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, and by the supporting regulations and rules thereof, so we hereby decide to abolish the said Circular, and it shall no longer be executed as of today.
