The Request of the Ministry of Commerce for Instructions on Whether To Continue Imposing Anti-dumping Tariff on the Imported Flat Cold-rolled Stainless Steel Sheet Originally Produced in Japan and South Korea during the Final Review Period (No. 136 [2005] of the Ministry of Commerce) has been received. Upon discussion, a decision is made as follows:
The Ministry of Commerce will make a final review on the anti-dumping measures applied to the imported flat cold-rolled stainless steel sheet originally produced in Japan and South Korea, in accordance with Article 52 of the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China, during the final review period of this case, the imported flat cold-rolled stainless steel sheet originally produced in Japan and South Korea shall continuously be subject to the antidumping tariff according to the scope and rates of the antidumping tariff as specified in the Notice of Customs Tariff Commission about Imposing Antidumping Tariff on the Imported Flat Cold-rolled Stainless Steel Sheet Originally Produced in Japan and South Korea (No. 15 [2000] of the Customs Tariff Commission). As to the seven companies, i.e. Japan Kawasaki Steel Corporation, Pohang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. of South Korea and other companies, which have reached a price commitment agreement with China, the provisions of the Notice of the Tariff Code Commission of the State Council about the Guarantee Fund of the Companies Signing Price Commitment Agreement in the Antidumping Case on Flat Cold-rolled Stainless Steel Sheet (No. 4 [2001] of the Tariff Code Commission) shall be continuously implemented.
This Decision shall be implemented as of the date on which the Ministry of Commerce announces the acceptance of the case for final review.
