The Agreement between the Government of China and the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income was formally executed in Beijing on August 11, 2003. The agreement will enter into force for implementation after both parties have completed their respective necessary legal procedures. We hereby print and distribute the text of the agreement to you, and you are asked to make good preparations for the implementation.
