	ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT CONCERNING REJECTING APPLICATION FOR A RETRIAL OF APPLICATION FOR REVOCATION OF THE ARBITRAL AWARD BY THE PEOPLE'S COURT

	(Interpretation No. 9 [2004] of the Supreme People's Court, July 26, 2004: The Official Reply of the Supreme People's Court Regarding the Issue that the People's Court Does not Accept Any Party's Application for Retrial Due to His/Its Refusal to Accept the Ruling on Dismissing His/Its Application for Reversing the Arbitration Award, which has been adopted at the 1320th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on July 20, 2004, is hereby promulgated, and shall become effective as of July 29, 2004)

We have duly received the Request for Instructions on Whether the People's Court should Accept Any Party's Application for the Retrial in Dissatisfaction with the Ruling on Dismissing His/its Application for Reversing the Arbitration Award (No.225 [2004] of the Higher People's Court of Shaanxi Province). After conducting a research about the issue, we reply as follows:

The People's Court shall not accept any party's application for the retrial in dissatisfaction with the ruling on dismissing his/its application for reversing the arbitration award.
